ZPS LLC – Shipping & Delivery Policy
Welcome to ZPS LLC. We are committed to delivering your Durable Medical Equipment (DME) safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Because our products range from small medical supplies to large, heavy mobility equipment, shipping methods and delivery times vary by item type.
Please review our policy below to understand how your order will be handled.
1. Shipping Methods & Processing Times
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Standard Shipping: For small-to-medium items (e.g., CPAP supplies, ambulatory aids, orthopedic braces, disposable medical supplies).
- Delivery Time: 3–7 business days.
- Freight & White Glove Delivery: For large, heavy, or high-value equipment (e.g., hospital beds, patient lifts, heavy-duty power wheelchairs).
- Delivery Time: 7–14 business days. See Section 3 for important details regarding freight deliveries.
2. Shipping Rates
- Standard Orders: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $[Insert Amount, e.g., $99] within the continental United States (excluding oversized/freight items).
- Oversized/Freight Items: Due to the weight and size of certain medical equipment, fixed freight charges or custom shipping quotes may apply. These will be clearly stated at checkout or communicated by our team before finalizing shipment.
3. Special Delivery Conditions for Heavy Equipment (Freight & White Glove)
For oversized items shipped via freight carriers:
- Curbside Delivery: Standard freight delivery is “Curbside Only.” The driver will unload the item at the edge of your driveway or curb. They are not responsible for bringing the equipment inside your home or setting it up.
- White Glove Delivery (Optional Upgrade): If available for your item and location, you may opt for White Glove Delivery at checkout for an additional fee. This service includes:
- Bringing the equipment inside your home (up to a specific number of stairs).
- Unpacking and basic product assembly/setup.
- Removal of packaging materials.
- Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is typically active within 24 hours.
5. Damages, Deficiencies, and Inspection
Your medical equipment is vital to your health and well-being. Please inspect all packages immediately upon arrival.
- Visible Damage: If a large freight item arrives with visible damage to the packaging, note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing, or refuse the delivery entirely.
- Timeline: Damaged or missing item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
6. International Shipping & PO Boxes
- PO Boxes: Due to the size and medical nature of our products, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. A physical address is required for all orders.
- International Shipping: ZPS LLC currently ships within the [United States / North America – adjust as needed]. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If a delivery is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, or because the customer refused/missed scheduled freight delivery appointments, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees and/or restocking fees.
